What You Need to Drive a Twizy
- Driver must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driver’s license B for at least 3 years
- A valid driver’s license B must be shown before departure
- Security deposit of €150, payable by debit card (with refund option), credit card, or cash
- Twizys are fully insured (all-risk + passenger insurance)
- In case of self-caused damage to the Twizy, a deductible of €500 per claim applies
- Renzy GPS tours are NOT suitable for people with limited mobility or back problems
- Alcohol and (soft) drugs are strictly prohibited
- You can cancel your GPS audio tour free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the tour by sending an email to hello@renzy.nl
