We aim to take the weight off your shoulders during your event with our complementary conference services, such as project management on location, support for participant registration, hostess services, sales packages, and so on. In the VIP minibuses and touring cars a number of services are available on request, such as drinks and/or catering, WIFI, presentation facilities with LCD screens, sign boards, guides, etc. During the conference you will have a fixed contact person for efficient communication regarding taxi and touring car transport, so that everything comes together seamlessly.
After a successful conference you will receive a specified collective digital invoice, giving you a quick and easy overview of your conference transport costs.
