Sushi & Sounds

On Friday evening, 18 September, you’re warmly welcome to Sushi & Sounds at Mr. Sato, located in the Van der Valk Palace Hotel Noordwijk. From 7.00 pm, you can enjoy a cosy evening full of delicious dishes, cocktails and live beats from DJ Brian Hill. There are no fixed tables – just relax, have a drink, chat and enjoy everything on offer throughout the evening.

Start: 7:00 PM 

The first course will be served at 7.30 pm.

A nice welcome drink will be waiting for you upon arrival.

Expect an evening full of delicious food, great music and a convivial atmosphere. Not a sit-down dinner where you’re seated at a table all evening, but a standing dinner where the various dishes are served throughout the evening.

During the dinner, there will of course be high tables where you can stand, have a drink and enjoy the various courses.

From tuna tartare to our homemade gyoza and a variety of sushi rolls: there’ll be plenty to choose from throughout the evening. A total of seven small courses will be served, including dessert.

The music for the evening will be provided by Brian Hill. This DJ will gradually build up the beats throughout the evening, creating an atmosphere of increasing energy. Expect an evening of delicious food, sociable drinks, great music and, of course, the occasional dance.
