Forest bathing, immersing yourself in nature!

Forest bathing or Shinrin Yoku comes from Japan and means "immersion in nature". During a forest bathing session, you will walk in silence, you will walk in a slow pace, you will marvel at the beauty of nature and you will start to feel connection: connection with nature, with others and with yourself. Meditative exercises will cause you to relax completely. Forest bathing is scientifically proven to be good for you: the stress hormone drops, your immune system is activated and your sleep quality improves. Do you feel incredibly busy inside and find it hard to relax? In these individual sessions you will learn to be silent again. Silence is extremely important for our health. Silence lowers your stress hormone, helps you feel what is important to you and improves your sleep quality. Silence is as important for our health as nature is. By seeking silence in nature, you benefit from both elements. By learning to be still, you will feel calmer inside, learn again what is important to you and know how to regain peace of mind.

Theme Walks.

Monthly walks are organized focusing on a special theme: full moon walks, digital detox walks and silence walks. A time to reflect on life and become stronger.
