How it works

For every €500 spent, the company receives a €25 Valk Giftcard. This offer is cumulative and is calculated based on the total final invoice, including all costs such as meeting room rental, F&B, AV equipment, and accommodations. Calculations are based on amounts excluding VAT, tourist tax, and any recharged third-party costs where applicable.

Giftcards are awarded exclusively on the basis of the final invoice, after the event has taken place and the invoice has been paid in full.

This promotion applies only to new requests that have not been previously registered and are submitted from 17 June 2026, with an arrival date between 1 September and 31 December 2026. The promotion is only valid for direct bookings made through the hotel, the sales department, or the hotel's own website. Bookings made through agencies, meeting brokers, or other third-party platforms are excluded. Existing bookings are also not eligible.

Rebookings or modifications of existing reservations are not considered new bookings. This promotion cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Van der Valk Hotel Noordwijk reserves the right to amend the promotion terms and conditions. In the event of misuse, participation may be refused or withdrawn.

The Valk Giftcard will be issued digitally and sent by email to the contact address known to us within 2 weeks of full payment of the invoice.
